Hooper’s Lawn Care and Landscaping Services is a family owned and operated business that specializes in and provides for a multitude of lawn care projects. Founded in 2001 by William Hooper, the business office is presently located in Finksburg, Maryland---in lovely southeastern Carroll County. This location is ideally suited for reaching clientele all over Carroll County and in many parts of northern Baltimore County. Though services are generally provided for customers in these areas, long-term projects are always negotiable---depending on the distance and the extent of the work.
